What data we process, and why

Contact and quote requests: name, company, email address, phone number (if provided), the message text, and the selected need and budget. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you tick in the form.

Booking: if you book a slot through the external calendar service, that provider processes your data under its own privacy rules.

Calculator: the values you set in the savings calculator are not sent to us by your browser. If you send the result through the contact form, it reaches us as part of your message.

Web analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, or Google LLC): measures site traffic. GA4 sets cookies (for example _ga), and Google may transfer the data to the United States. This happens only with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: measure site performance. They do not use cookies and do not identify the visitor.

Local storage: your language and theme settings are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They stay on your device and do not reach us.

Processors and transfers

Hostinger: domain and email service. Enquiries sent through the contact form reach us through Hostinger's mail system.

Vercel: site hosting and performance measurement.

Sanity: stores the website content (texts, images, services). It does not process visitors' personal data.

Google (Google Analytics 4): only with your consent.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing.

Retention

We keep an enquiry for as long as needed to answer it. If a contract is concluded, we process the data for its performance and for the related legal obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You may also request your data in a machine-readable format.

Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu), or turn to a court.
